Ankit Mathur

Ankit Mathur has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Ankit is currently serving as the Chief Delivery Officer of the United States Digital Service at The White House since April 2022. Prior to this, Ankit worked as a Product & Engineering Consultant at Kamana starting from October 2021.

Ankit is also an experienced entrepreneur, having founded Press Play Technologies in November 2013. Additionally, they served as a Startup Mentor at Lighthouse Labs RVA from August 2017.

One of Ankit's major achievements was co-founding RoundTrip, a digital healthcare transportation marketplace, where they held multiple positions including Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer. During their tenure from May 2016 to August 2021, they were responsible for various technology-related functions and implemented a fully HIPAA-compliant architecture and infrastructure.

Before RoundTrip, Ankit worked as the Head of Product Development at Unboxed Technology from June 2014 to May 2016. Ankit led a cross-functional team in creating digital products and managed key responsibilities such as new business development, account management, and quality assurance.

Furthermore, Ankit has experience as the Director of Data Operations at Verscend from May 2013 to June 2014, and as the Lead Application Development Architect at inHEALTH, a division of Central Virginia Health Network, from August 2010 to May 2012. Earlier in their career, Ankit worked as a Senior Software Architect at RetailData, LLC from January 2009 to November 2010, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Dominion from March 2008 to February 2009. Ankit Mathur holds a Masters degree in Executive Masters in Information Systems Management from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business, completed in 2013. Prior to their postgraduate studies, Ankit earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business, which was completed between 1999 and 2003. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as "Empowered Product Leadership Training" from Silicon Valley Product Group in 2021, and "Microsoft Certified Application Developer" from Microsoft Corp in 2005. Ankit's high school education was completed at Monacan High School.
