Lydia Weiss is a seasoned professional in government relations with extensive experience in environmental policy and advocacy. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Government Relations at The Wilderness Society since August 2014, Lydia manages a dynamic team focused on leveraging public lands to combat climate change and promote equitable access to nature. Prior roles include Director of Government Relations at Alaska Wilderness League, Director of the Arctic Refuge Campaign at World Resources Institute, and various positions at Defenders of Wildlife, World Resources Institute, League of Conservation Voters, and The Cook Political Report. Lydia holds a degree from Williams College.
