Anthony Ricco is an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at The William Vale Hotel since April 2016, Anthony previously held the same position at Jean Georges' Spice Market from 2005 to March 2016. Anthony's culinary education was completed at the Institute of Culinary Education, where a degree in Culinary Arts was obtained from 2000 to 2001.
