Leah Hoyt

Leah Hoyt, CHC, has extensive experience in hospitality and event coordination. Current roles include President of the New Orleans Concierge Association since August 2018 and Concierge at the Windsor Court Hotel since January 2015. Previous experience includes serving as Front Desk Concierge at Hotel Erwin, where support during a major hotel transformation was provided, and as Event Coordinator for Pacific Theatres, managing high-profile film events. Earlier, Leah served as Disaster Preparedness and Homeland Security Coordinator for AmeriCorps VISTA, focusing on volunteer mobilization and organizational capacity in disaster response.
