Katie McConville

Katie McConville has a strong background in human resources and compensation, with several years of experience in senior leadership roles. Katie most recently served as the Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Systems and Operations at The Wine Group, where they were responsible for designing and implementing progressive compensation, recognition, and benefit programs. Prior to that, they held positions at Juniper Networks as the Senior Director of Total Rewards and the Director of Go To Market Total Rewards. Earlier in their career, they worked at Network Appliance as the Director of Sales Performance and Compensation and at SGI as a Finance Manager.

Katie McConville completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, attending from 1982 to 1986. Prior to that, they briefly attended UC Santa Barbara in 1981 but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study.
