Rochelle Younan-Montgomery is an Instructional Designer at The Winters Group, Inc. Rochelle has also worked as the Director of College Access at College Possible, and the Associate Director of Diversity Outreach, Recruitment and Retention at Clark College. Rochelle has a passion for promoting equity and inclusion, and has implemented various programs to further these goals. Rochelle has also served on the state-wide Faculty and Staff of Color Conference Planning Committee and the Social Equity Council.

Rochelle Younan-Montgomery has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Global Studies from Azusa Pacific University.
