Daniela Ruiz has a range of work experience in various roles and organizations. In 2023, they worked as a Field Engineer Intern at Moss & Associates, where they assisted with field operations, conducted site inspections, and documented project progress. In 2021, they served as the Vice President of The Women's Network, where they provided strategic leadership and support to drive the club's mission and goals. In 2020, Daniela founded The Digital World, a virtual entrepreneurship focused on website creation, design, and professional photography and videography services. Daniela was also a Member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Academic Honor Society in 2022, and a Member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers in 2021. Additionally, in 2021, Daniela worked as a Project Management Intern at Constructora Arco, overseeing the construction of two thirty-floor towers and managing the company's digital marketing efforts by creating the website.

Daniela Ruiz attended Purdue University from 2021 to 2025, where they obtained their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering. In addition, they received a certification in "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Garage in April 2021.
