Vivian Zhu has a range of work experience across various industries. Vivian started their career as a News Writer at The Verdict Newspaper in 2018. In 2021, they worked as a Copyeditor at Pipe Dream and as a Summer Intern at ML and CHEN, P.C., a law firm. Vivian also worked as a Guest Advocate at Target and as a Staff member at a Bowling Alley and Games Area. In 2022, they served as a Barista at Starbucks and as a Summer Intern at Congresswoman Grace Meng's office. Vivian was appointed as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at The Women's Network and later became the Vice President at Asian Outlook Magazine & Media Group. Overall, Vivian Zhu has gained experience in various roles and has demonstrated their versatility and adaptability in different work environments.

Vivian Zhu completed their high school education at Benjamin N Cardozo High School from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on Journalism. Vivian is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government at Binghamton University, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
