Tom Leclair

Tom LeClair has a strong work experience in the hospitality industry. Tom currently holds the position of Associate Vice President of Hospitality Operations at The Wonderful Company, overseeing a luxury collection of wineries, hotels, and restaurants. Tom is also a Board of Directors member at Paso Robles CAB Collective. In the past, they have served as the AVP & Head of Hospitality at JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery and as the Head of Operations at AMAN / ARL Marketing Inc. Tom has also held advisory roles at Gerson Lehrman Group, Legendary Holdings Group, and the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Prior to that, they held various management positions at Elegant Hotels Group and Vail Resorts.

Tom LeClair's education history includes completing a Masters Certificate Program in Hotel Management through Cornell University, obtained through a partnership with eCornell. Tom also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management, from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business.
