Cosmina Bradu

Cosmina Bradu, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Cosmina began their career in 2008 as a Junior Project Executive at Abplus Events. Cosmina then worked as a European Erasmus Marketing Trainee at Travelmed Greece in 2009. Following that, they worked as an Account Manager at an International Travel Company, where they conducted market research, negotiated contracts, and managed customer service. In 2011, they became a Marketing Management Consultant at ALEVIA SRL, providing business and marketing analysis. Cosmina also worked as a Product Marketing Manager Consultant at Ambra Dental Clinic during the same time, where they developed the product and marketing strategy and implemented the online communication strategy. From 2010 to 2014, Cosmina served as an Associate Professor at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University. In 2013, they joined Yonder as a Business Analyst, responsible for analyzing customer needs, translating requirements, and applying SCRUM and Agile methods. Their most recent position is at The Workshop - Inventors of Play, where they have held several roles since 2014. Currently, they serve as the Head of Product, overseeing product development and strategy. Cosmina previously held positions such as Senior Product Manager and Product Owner/Business Analyst, where they managed requirements and backlogs, planned and implemented projects, and served as a subject matter expert on various systems. Cosmina's work experience demonstrates their expertise in product management, business analysis, and academia.

Cosmina Bradu, PhD, has an extensive education history. Cosmina began their educational journey in 2005 at Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business and Marketing in 2008. Cosmina then pursued a Master's degree in Marketing and Business Communication from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University Iași, Romania, from 2008 to 2010.

Continuing their academic endeavors, Cosmina enrolled in Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, where they completed their Ph.D. in Business with a specialization in Marketing from 2010 to 2013. Their research focused on areas such as Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

In 2012, Cosmina had the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and expertise as a Visiting Ph.D. Student at Aarhus University, where they explored topics related to Business, Consumer Behavior, and CSR.

Furthermore, Cosmina has obtained various certifications to further strengthen their skills. Cosmina completed the Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, in May 2016. In November 2018, they acquired the Requirements Engineering Module certification from the same institution. Additionally, in October 2019, they obtained the Practitioner Certificate in Business Analysis Practice.

Most recently, in November 2021, Cosmina obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agile Product Manager designation from Scaled Agile, Inc. It should be noted that they also possess a Practitioner Certificate in Modelling Business Processes from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, although specific details regarding the month and year of acquisition are unavailable.
