Stuart Pearce

Stuart Pearce has a diverse work experience spanning over 26 years. Stuart is currently the Head of Service Delivery in the MSP Division at The Workshop - Inventors of Play, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this role, Stuart held the position of Senior Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at the same company.

Before joining The Workshop, Stuart worked at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as the Principle Project Manager for the Global Infrastructure Group from July 2012 to April 2017. At Balfour Beatty Plc, Stuart worked as an I.T. Project Manager from June 2009 to July 2012, where they delivered various application and infrastructure-based projects to a global user community.

Stuart also gained experience as a Project Manager and Business Development professional at IZR Solutions Ltd from July 2007 to June 2009, where they were responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling projects. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Manager at Rage Trading Ltd and SMG Distribution Ltd, focusing on sourcing customers and suppliers in the computer component distribution and brokerage industry.

Stuart's career began at General Accident Property Services, where they worked as a Senior Negotiator from August 1994 to May 1999. Throughout their career, Stuart has demonstrated their ability to deliver projects within constraints and establish strong working relationships with stakeholders and clients.

Stuart Pearce's education history includes attending Richmond Tertiary College in Middlesex from 1993 to 1994. Stuart pursued Business Studies and obtained a GNVQ Level 2 qualification during this period. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1993, they attended Rectory School in Middlesex, where they achieved 10 GCSEs, including Mathematics and English.
