Tony Hale has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tony started their career as a Power Systems Operator and Electrician in the United States Marine Corps, where they installed and repaired electrical systems. Later, they became an Instructor for electrical power systems in the Marine Corps, responsible for training and mentoring over 3,000 students. Tony then transitioned to become the Utilities & Engineering Department Manager, Operations & Maintenance Manager, and Utilities Officer, where they provided technical expertise and support to senior management on utility operations and maintenance. Most recently, they worked at Michelin as a Technical Services Sector Manager, leading a team of technicians and optimizing maintenance and energy costs. Currently, they serve as the Facilities Director at The Y (YMCA).

Tony Hale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Business and Computational Sciences from Liberty University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) from the State of South Carolina, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Six Sigma Global Institute, Scrum Master Certification from Six Sigma Global Institute, and multiple online certifications from institutions such as LinkedIn and Coursera. Tony also holds a Secret Clearance from the United States Department of Defense and has completed specialized courses in electrical standards and formal school instruction through the United States Marine Corps and Naval Environmental and Safety Training Center. Tony is recognized as a Journeyman Electrician by the U.S. Department of Labor.
