Seth Brown

Seth Brown serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Counsel at The Zemba Companies and Adams Bros. Concrete Products, beginning October 2023. Previously, Seth held the position of AVP, Finance and Revenue Operations at Advantage Solutions and Jun Group, where responsibilities included integrating financial operations across multiple acquisitions while ensuring compliance with various GAAP treatments and SOX requirements. Prior to that, Seth was the Chief Financial Officer at Excel Orthopedic Physical Therapy, contributing to the establishment of its finance team, and worked as Controller at SPEAR Physical Therapy and Booth Movers. Seth’s earlier career includes financial roles at Saks Fifth Avenue, L-3 Communications, and the Department of Defense. Educational credentials include a BSBA in Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a JD in Corporate Law from New York Law School.
