The Opportunity

You’ll be a member of the Planning and Client leadership team, with responsibility across ABF Silver Spoon, Great Western Railway, Mentholatum, Pay.uk, Live Kindly and FREENOW and will be supporting with our ongoing CCS project work such as for the Department for Levelling Up Housing and Communities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Being a regular contact for clients – helping to maintain a strong working relationship and ensuring they are kept up to date with all activity on the account.
  • Obtaining briefs from clients + working with relevant the7stars teams to create client responses.
  • Presenting media recommendations and plans to clients.
  • Planning and buying OOH media activity across your clients where relevant.
  • Responsibility for coordinating the media channel plans and monitoring campaign set-up, delivery and performance.
  • Liaising across all other specialist teams at the7stars to ensure best practice, consistency and quality across the plans.
  • Building out audiences using TGI and YouGov Profiles as well as working with data and insights to create more sophisticated segmentations.
  • Maintaining relationships with key media owner and external partners and keeping your media knowledge up-to-date.
  • Coordinating all analysis, reviews and reporting on campaign performance in order to make recommendations for future plans.
  • Coordinating and collating central account management documents such as year plans, finance tracker for the use of the wider team as well as being the main client contact for any account queries.
  • Full competency in AdIntel for competitor insight reporting
  • Using industry tools and client insights and data to input into media planning recommendations.
