Business Director Media Planning Client Leadership at the7stars

Lena Bel has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Starting in 2009 as a Summer Intern at BBDO Lukrecija, Lena subsequently worked as a Writer and Photographer at College Fashionista and as a Marketing Assistant/Community Manager at J6 Films in 2011. Following this, Lena joined Manning Gottlieb OMD as a Digital Strategy/Digital Planning Intern, where they were responsible for planning online media campaigns for clients such as John Lewis and Waitrose. Lena then moved to Universal McCann as a Media Planning Executive, working on clients such as H&M and Burberry. In 2014, Lena joined the7stars as an Account Manager, managing major and indie music record labels. Lena's notable achievement during this role was the launch campaign for Jess Glynne's debut album, which won The Drum Marketing award for Music and Entertainment Strategy of the Year in 2016. Lena then worked as a Business Manager at Vizeum before joining OMD New Zealand as a Senior Account Manager on a fixed-term contract. Currently, Lena holds the position of Business Director - Media Planning & Client Leadership at the7stars.

Lena Bel completed their education from 2007 to 2011. Lena attended Newcastle University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management with First Class Honors from 2007 to 2010. Lena continued their studies at Newcastle University, obtaining a Distinction in their Master's degree in Media & Public Relations from 2010 to 2011.
