Maria Soyka

Maria Soyka is an experienced professional currently serving as the Student Outreach and Community Manager at Thea, where responsibilities include co-leading the College Campus Ambassador program and developing community management strategies to enhance user engagement. Previously managed pop-up markets and store operations at Avigail Adam LLC, emphasizing women's empowerment and sales excellence. At Guild Education, Maria advanced through various roles, including Manager of Education Coaching, overseeing a team of coaches and achieving notable performance metrics. With additional research and communication coordination experience, Maria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The College of New Jersey and has engaged in further education through Philadelphia Improvisation Theatre.
