Andrew Dugan, MFA, has a diverse work experience. Andrew is currently working as a Software Development Project Manager at THE ATOM GROUP since May 2023. Previously, they worked at Harvard Business School as a Project Manager from June 2020 to June 2023, and as an Administrative Coordinator - Educational Technology Products Group from November 2019 to June 2020.

Before that, Andrew was an Affiliated Faculty at Emerson College, teaching courses in the Writing, Literature and Publishing department and the Institute for Liberal Arts and Interdisciplinary Studies from 2015 to December 2019. Andrew also worked as a Full Time Visiting Assistant Professor of English at Wheaton College Massachusetts, teaching College Writing from 2016 to June 2019.

In addition, Andrew has teaching experience at Phillips Academy in their summer program from June 2016 to August 2018, where they worked with high school students from around the United States and had a considerable international student population. Andrew also taught English at Plymouth Public Schools from 2005 to 2014, designing curriculum and teaching a variety of courses to grades 10 and 12.

Andrew Dugan, MFA, earned their Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing - poetry from Emerson College in the years 2014 to 2016. Prior to this, they obtained their Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General from Bridgewater State University from 2009 to 2012. Their education journey began with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General from Roger Williams University, which they completed from 2001 to 2005.
