Jennifer Cadd, MBA

Jennifer Cadd, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they served as the Director of Revenue Accounting at Theatro, where they managed and directed all revenue recognition accounting for a SaaS/HaaS company. Prior to that, Jennifer held the position of Vice President of Finance at Miracle Method Surface Refinishing, leading finance and accounting operations for the franchisor. Jennifer also worked at Central Bancorp as an AVP, Commercial Lender, and Portfolio Manager, where they played a key role in making decisions on large loans and managed a $30M portfolio. Jennifer's earlier experience includes roles at Vectra Bank Colorado, Farmers State Bank of Calhan, FirstBank, Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union, and the City of Colorado Springs. Jennifer Cadd, MBA, completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in International Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University in 2011. Before pursuing their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance from the University of Northern Colorado between 2003 and 2007. Jennifer's education journey began at Calhan High School, where they completed their high school education from 1999 to 2003.
