Katya Kuznetsova

Katya Kuznetsova serves as an Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Ukrnafta since August 2024. In addition, Katya is a Senior Advisor for TheCityUK, starting in December 2023, focusing on the redevelopment of Ukraine's capital markets and financial services sectors. Katya has been a Trustee at Gateway Ukraine since May 2023. Previously, Katya held the position of Director at PwC from 2007 to 2020, advising on capital raising for international and UK companies. Katya's experience also includes serving as General Manager of Corporate Finance at SingTel Optus from 2005 to 2007 and progressing from a graduate to Senior Manager at Ernst & Young between 1994 and 2005. Katya is an alumna of Kyiv National Economics University.
