Santiago Fraga Puljak is a professional with over 15 years of experience in various roles. Santiago began their career in 2004 as a Project Director for the Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo. In 2006, they took on the role of Comercial Manager for Animalltag. In 2011, they became an Account Manager for SONDA. In 2018, they founded TheDevBlock, a web platform that allows companies to hire pre-established or customized development teams, develop their own software, or complete the necessary personnel for their project with the required quality and time. Finally, in 2016, they became the CEO of APPLICA UY.

Santiago Fraga Puljak studied Marketing/Gestión de marketing, general at IMUR from 2010 to 2012, earning a degree of Analista en Marketing.
