Frank Ambrosio

Frank Ambrosio is a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist at Theiagen Genomics since July 2021, where contributions include collaborating with an international team to implement cloud-based bioinformatics workflows and support public health laboratories. Previous roles include Biologist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention focusing on HIV and other diseases, and Microbiologist IV providing next generation sequencing support. Frank possesses extensive experience in molecular microbiology and laboratory management, holding a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from Binghamton University.
