Mandy Harter, MBA, has over a decade of experience in total rewards and benefits management, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards, Payroll & HRIS at Imagine since October 2019, where responsibilities include vendor relationship management, benefits plan design, and employee support. Prior roles at Carlson Wagonlit Travel and Pentair involved managerial and analytical positions in benefits administration, including conducting severance presentations and compliance facilitation. Early career positions at Imation and J&B Group provided foundational human resources experience. Mandy Harter holds an MBA from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of St. Thomas.
