Becky Schoonover

Becky Schoonover has a strong background in early childhood education and management. Becky has served in various leadership roles throughout their career.

From 2023 to the present, Becky is employed at The Learning Experience as a Regional Manager. In this role, they act as a business consultant, guiding and influencing franchisees to successfully operate their centers. Becky executes operational strategies and drives success across various performance measures.

Prior to this, Becky held the position of Director of Education at The Florida Center for Early Childhood from 2023 to 2023. Becky served as a member of the senior leadership team and was responsible for overseeing early childhood education sites, managing finances, ensuring quality, and developing programs.

Before joining The Florida Center for Early Childhood, Becky worked as the CEO, Director of Operations, Consultant, and Executive Coach at RJS Global LLC from 2016 to 2023. In this role, they provided expert advice and support to a range of global woman-owned businesses, physicians, lawyers, and social media managers.

From 2013 to 2016, Becky served as a Director at Bright Horizons. Becky played a crucial role in rebranding the company and turning around two early education facilities. Becky successfully managed a management team, clients, and direct reports.

Prior to their time at Bright Horizons, Becky worked as a Director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee from 2012 to 2013. Becky rescued and rejuvenated multiple child-care and afterschool programs, hiring and training staff to fulfill the organization's mission.

Becky's career began in 2008 as an Executive Director in various roles.

Becky Schoonover's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from DePaul University. Becky studied Fine/Studio Arts, General, and Psychology at the university. In addition to their degree, Becky has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Becky is a Certified Agile Leadership professional from the Six Sigma Global Institute, obtained in January 2023. Becky also holds a certification in Customer Centric Marketing from Google, acquired in March 2019, and a Google Ads Certification obtained in the same month and year. Furthermore, Becky is a Certified Psych-Intuitive Coach from the Psych-Intuitive Institute, achieved in September 2017. Becky is also a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, obtained in March 2012. Becky holds the AADP certification from the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, earned in March 2010. Finally, they are working towards achieving the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
