Sean Forde

Sean Forde has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sean is currently working as a Talent Director at TheLions, a data-driven jobs marketplace that connects top sales talent with startups nationwide. Sean's role involves utilizing data-driven factors to create custom-tailored job matches and improve the Introduction-to-Hire rate. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at TM Builders Inc from 2017 to 2020, where they were responsible for managing projects. In 2016, Sean worked as a Structural Engineer at KPFF Consulting Engineers for a year. Sean also gained experience as an Assistant Project Manager at Watts & Hughes Construction Limited from 2014 to 2015.

Sean Forde attended the University of Canterbury from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours degree in Structural Engineering. In 2015, Sean also briefly attended The University of New Mexico, earning a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours degree in Civil Engineering.
