Germán Rodríguez

Germán Rodríguez has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Germán started their career at Lord & Taylor in 2000 as a Buyer for Men's Fashion Accessories, where they developed merchandise plans and pricing strategies. In 2004, they joined Macy's Merchandising Group as a Merchandiser and later became a Buyer for Status Crystal, overseeing the business merger and developing marketing strategies.

In 2007, Germán joined Safilo, where they held various Vice President and Director roles in sales and operations, corporate chains, and department stores & boutiques. During their time at Safilo, they focused on key accounts and developed expertise in the optical industry.

Most recently, Germán worked at Thélios as the Senior Vice President for Commercial Operations & Client Experience, overseeing sales and optical channels. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Vice President for Sales, Optical & Key Accounts. In both positions, they demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in driving business growth.
