Richard Skinner is a highly accomplished Creative Director and Executive Producer with extensive experience in the film and advertising industries. Currently serving as Creative Director and Head of Creative Development at The Mill since January 2022, Richard also holds the position of Head of Creative Development and Creative Director at MPC Creative since June 2015, where responsibilities include developing creativity and overseeing talent within filmed content. Previous roles include Creative Director and Executive Producer for an independent creative venture and Director of Moving Image at Exposure, as well as founding and growing Skin Flicks into a multi-award-winning production company. Richard's career includes significant contributions at prominent agencies such as Fallon London, Mother, and within the music sector at Atlantic Records UK and XL Recordings. With a proven track record in talent spotting and strategic consultation, Richard has helped agencies and brands successfully bring moving image projects to fruition.
