Vinod Kumar Darapu

Vinod Kumar Darapu has a diverse work experience in the field of animation. Vinod Kumar started their career as a freelance 3D Artist and animator in 2018. In this role, they worked independently on various animation projects. In 2019, they joined Makuta VFX as a 3D Animator and worked on the RRR movie, focusing on crowd animation, crowd simulation, previz, postviz, motion capture clean up, and set extensions. In 2021, they moved on to work as a 3D Animator at Technicolor, where they contributed to animation projects for a period of three months. Currently, Vinod is working as a VFX Animator at The Mill, starting in August 2021.

Vinod Kumar Darapu completed their Diploma in Modeling, Virtual Environments, and Simulation at Maya Academy of Advance Cinematics from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Bachalors from G. Pulla Reddy Degree & P.G College between 2012 and 2015. Before pursuing their Bachelor's degree, Vinod attended Sri Chaitanya Jr College from 2010 to 2012, where they completed their intermediate education focusing on Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching.
