About The Role:
Data Migration lead customers in migrating their data assets from disparate systems to Thentia Cloud and play a critical role in efficiently onboarding clients to our platform. Our commitment lies in establishing delivery processes that are scalable, replicable, adaptable, and enable us to seamlessly accommodate our expanding client base. You should be passionate about working with diverse datasets, agile processes, innovative software tools and be someone who enjoys diving deep into data to provide business value. This is a senior technical role that collaborates with Thentia Delivery roles to create a SaaS-based digital solution for our customers. You are astute at communicating complex data-oriented topics in a simple manner to technical and non-technical customer personnel at all levels of an organization.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in complex data migration, external customer facing project experiences (Must have data migration experience)
Preferably experience in, and ideally in building data solutions for, highly regulated industries
Post-secondary education in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
Demonstrated strong alignment to our Thentia Values, with particular focus on customer orientation, authoritativeness strong technical expertise and fact based manner of operating, highly collaborative and solution oriented, and high degree of accountability for and integrity of solutions and resulting data impacting outcomes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills i.e., the ability to understand complex data sets and make sense of them
Strong data querying skills using SQL and database skills (5+ years)
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python or C#
Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices and building data pipelines using ETL frameworks and APIs
Proven track record of sharing outcomes through written communication, including an ability to effectively communicate with customers and business and technical teams in a simple and concise manner for the audience.
Demonstrated experience with Agile project delivery using Scrum
