Hector DELESSE

Hector Delesse has a diverse work experience that includes roles in product management, recruitment, data analysis, and sales and trade assistance. Hector is currently working at Theodo as a Recruitment Product & Operations Manager. Prior to this, they worked at Theodo as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they focused on recruiting top software engineer profiles. Hector also worked as a Product Manager, building products for clients in various industries such as health and banking. In 2019, Hector co-founded Hector & Virgile, a family business involved in the artisanal manufacture of jewelry and leather fashion accessories. Hector also gained experience as a Data Analyst & Product Owner Assistant at Back Market. Finally, they worked at Club Med as a Sales and Trade Assistant, where they were responsible for the growth of the BtoB website for the Australian and New Zealand markets, achieving significant increases in website traffic and newsletter opening rates.

Hector Delesse began their education in 2015, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Toulouse School of Economics in 2018. Following this, from 2017 to 2018, they pursued a Diploma of the Higher College of Law at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. In 2020, they attended a Programming course at 42. Later, from 2018 to 2021, Hector enrolled in the Grande école Program in Management at emlyon business school. In addition to their formal education, Hector Delesse obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in June 2022 and the fundamentals of digital marketing certificate from Google in November 2020.
