Lucas is the Group Director of the Engineering discipline within Services at Theorem. He is an adept software leader with over 10 years of engineering, software best practices and organizational management. He strongly believes in finding the simplest solution for the most complex problems, and is currently leading our >70 engineers to do the same for our world-class customers.
