Florian Gourret

Florian GOURRET is a seasoned professional in real estate and store development, currently serving as the Real Estate & Store Development Senior Manager for both UNIQLO and Theory since March 2022. With extensive experience at UNIQLO since March 2014, Florian has been involved in creating development strategies and business plans at the European level, conducting market evaluations, and performing economic analyses of potential locations. Responsibilities also include overseeing P&L, negotiating lease documents, and organizing site handover visits. Prior to these roles, Florian worked as a Wholesale Assistant at PAULE KA and as a Retail & Marketing Assistant at Eliane & Lena, where expertise in market analysis, relationship management, and sales monitoring was developed. Florian holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ISG Business School, graduating in 2014.
