Vanessa Romero Boyce

Vanessa Romero Boyce is an experienced retail and wholesale operations leader, currently serving as the Director of Wholesale Operations at Theory since March 2022. Prior roles include Sr. Regional Manager for the East Coast at Vince, where responsibilities encompassed visual merchandising, product knowledge training, and strategic communication with sales teams. In addition to managing regional merchandise and training staff, Vanessa held various positions at alice + olivia, Neiman Marcus, INTERMIX, Bloomingdale's, Coach, and SEPHORA, showcasing a strong background in sales management and brand engagement. Vanessa holds an AS and BS in Fashion Merchandise and Marketing from Johnson & Wales University.
