Wendy Waugh has extensive experience in the fashion industry, having worked at Theory since April 2019. Wendy currently holds the title of SVP of Sustainability. Prior to their role at Theory, Wendy worked at Cygne Design, Inc from 1986 to 1995, where Wendy held the position of Div VP.
