Muskaan Marwaha

Muskaan Marwaha has a diverse work experience beginning in 2018. Muskaan started as a Social Audit Intern at Safecity, where they gained experience in conducting social audits. Muskaan then interned as a Clinical Psychology Intern at Unique Psychological Services, where they observed and discussed novel cases under the guidance of an experienced psychologist. In 2018, they also served as Head of Marketing at The Social MUN, contributing to delegate recruitment, communication, and social media engagement for the student-led initiative.

In 2019, Muskaan interned at Siemens as a CSR and HR intern, where they studied and analyzed the CSR unit and conducted an audit of an adoptive ITI. Muskaan also interacted with students and drafted a report based on their interactions.

In 2020, Muskaan worked as a Project Manager at Leap Beyond Academy, an e-learning platform for international students. Muskaan'sresponsibilities included managing external partners and freelancers, video ideation and auditing, coordinating between partners, and meeting deadlines.

From 2021 to 2023, Muskaan joined Qrata as a Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on talent acquisition strategies for the organization.

Currently, Muskaan is working at theprintspace as a Customer Success/Support Specialist, starting in 2023. Further details regarding their role are not provided.

Muskaan Marwaha completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Economics, and Literature from Sophia College in Mumbai from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended The Sanskaar Valley School from 2015 to 2017. From 2004 to 2014, Muskaan attended Delhi Public School in India, although the specific degree and field of study during these years are unknown.

In addition to their formal education, Muskaan Marwaha obtained a certification in Psychological First Aid from Coursera in July 2020.
