Stephanie Bass has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Stephanie started their career at Pharmaceutical Product Development in 2007 as an Electronic Data Capture Accounts Specialist. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina as a Federal Employee Program Claims Professional, where they were responsible for calculating payments, adjusting claims, and ensuring accuracy. In 2015, Stephanie joined Rho as an Associate Application Programmer and later transitioned to the role of Statistical Research Associate. Stephanie worked at Rho until 2019. In 2020, Stephanie joined Synteract as a Clinical Programmer II, where they stayed until 2023. Currently, they work at Theradex Oncology as a Medidata Rave Programmer, starting in 2023.

Stephanie obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from North Carolina Central University, which they attended from 2002 to 2007. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Information Science degree at the same university, specializing in Networking and Communications.
