Angela Nguyen is a Behavioral Health Consultant at Therapeutic Learning Consultants, focusing on individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis principles. At Stanford University School of Medicine, Angela serves as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Pain and Neuroscience Lab, studying factors influencing pain medication use among chronic disease patients, and also investigates the impact of online nutrition education on Asian American populations with pre-diabetes or Type II diabetes under the Center for Asian Research and Education. As the Founder of Foster Health Literacy, Angela leads health and nutrition programs in community centers and school districts, while also co-founding Project Lit Inc., a nonprofit aimed at closing the achievement gap for underserved students. Angela's early research experience includes serving as a REP Research Assistant at Stanford, analyzing human behavior and altruism. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology at Stanford University, Angela previously completed a dual enrollment program in Psychology at Mission College while earning a high school diploma from Milpitas High School.
