Grin Lord

Grin Lord has a diverse work experience in the fields of psychology, mental health, and technology. They have held various leadership positions and founded multiple organizations. Grin has extensive expertise in AI therapy, clinical innovation, and therapy quality assessment. They have also conducted research in ML and NLP and have experience in counseling and psychological evaluations. Grin's work includes roles at mpathic, Therapists in Tech, University of Washington, Youper, Lyssn, Lord Psychological Services, PLLC, RAND Corporation, Monterey County, Seattle Children's, and Harborview Medical Center.

Grin Lord holds a BA in Psychology (Honors) and Anthropology (Honors) from Whitman College. They also have a PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Seattle. Grin Lord has obtained multiple certifications, including Board Certification in Couples and Family Psychology from the AMERICAN BOARD OF PROFESSIONAL PSYCHOLOGY INC in 2019, Licensed Clinical Psychologist from the Washington State Department of Health in 2015, and Registered Psychological Assistant from the California Board Of Psychology in 2012. Additionally, they are a member and trainer for the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers and are a Registered Counselor with the Washington State Department of Health since 2008.
