Gerad Cook has held various roles in different companies and industries, showcasing a diverse skill set. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Therapy Brands, previous positions include Analytics Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, Vice President of Sales at Healthx, and Business System Analyst at Sparrow Health System. With a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Michigan State University, Gerad has also volunteered at the Humane Society and gained internship experience at BSA Software and Michigan State University.
