Senior Director Of Customer Education at Therapy Brands

Before IBM, at LexisNexis, they held multiple roles including Senior Program Manager in Customer Marketing, Senior Program Manager in Professional Services, Program Manager in Instructional Design, and Senior Customer Technical Trainer. In these roles, they executed strategic communication plans, improved content creation processes, introduced new training methodologies, and provided training and support to software users.

Prior to their work at LexisNexis, they held the position of Regional Trainer at Waterton from 2008 to 2010.

Kelly McNamee has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications from Benedictine University. In addition to their degree, Kelly has obtained several certifications in various fields. Kelly holds an ABM Certification in Foundations from Demandbase and completed the Foundations in Customer Education program at Skilljar. Kelly also earned a Skilljar Certified Professional - Basic certification in 2019. Furthermore, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from Lean Six Sigma in 2017. In the same year, they became a DDI Certified Facilitator through DDI | Development Dimensions International. Additionally, Kelly achieved the Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level VI (PMC-VI) credential from Pragmatic Marketing in 2016.
