Henry B. Pickens

Henry B. Pickens has extensive experience in the legal field. Henry B. is currently working as the Chief Legal Officer at Therapy Brands since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as the General Counsel at Riskonnect, Inc. from November 2017 to August 2021, where they were responsible for overseeing all legal operations and providing strategic advice to senior management. Before that, they held the position of VP Law & Assistant Corporate Secretary at Vonage Holdings Corp. from 2005 to 2017, where they played a key role in the company's IPO and was responsible for various legal matters. Earlier in their career, Henry served as the VP & Assistant General Counsel at TeleTech and as the VP & General Counsel at ChannelPoint, Inc. Henry B. began their legal career as an Associate at Squire Patton Boggs. Henry has a strong background in corporate governance, M&A, securities, and international transactions.

Henry B. Pickens attended the University of Chicago Law School from 1985 to 1988, where they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, they studied at Washington University in St. Louis from 1981 to 1985, and graduated magna cum laude with an A.B. degree in Economics. In 1984, they also participated in the Summer Program in Policy Skills at The University of Texas at Austin's LBJ School of Public Affairs.
