Tom Gretz has a long and varied career in real estate. Tom began their career in 1999 as a Petty Officer Second Class, Propulsion Engineer in the US Navy. In 2004, they began working for Long & Foster Companies as a Real Estate Advisor. In 2005, they joined Transwestern as a Financial Analyst. In 2014, they began working for the United States Postal Service as a Real Estate and Assets Manager. In 2017, they joined Darden as a Real Estate Manager. In 2018, they began working for Parallel as a Real Estate Manager, Special Projects, and then as a Senior Real Estate Manager, Special Projects. In 2019, they became President of the Board of Directors for Foxtrace Homeowners Association. Finally, in 2022, they began working for TheraTrue, Inc. as Vice President of Real Estate. In this role, they are responsible for the planning, leadership, organization and control of the short- and long-term real estate plan. Tom also implements the ground up development acquisition strategy for cultivation, manufacturing and processing facilities.

Tom Gretz began their educational journey in 2007 when they began studying Real Estate Development at the CCIM Institute. In 2008, they began pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA at the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed in 2011. Tom then continued their studies at the University of Maryland, earning a Masters of Real Estate in 2016. Additionally, Tom has obtained several certifications, including a Pilot from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2018, an MSRE from the University of Maryland in 2013, an Argus from Argus in 2013, a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from GCAR - Greater Capital Association of REALTORS® in 2004, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute, and a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
