Lance Anderson

Lance Anderson is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As a General Partner and Co-Founder at Rondo Ventures since January 2019, Lance focuses on investing in and helping early-stage companies scale. Additionally, Lance serves on the board of Therma-HEXX, LLC, which manufactures energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions. Previously, Lance held the position of Chairman at Canpango LLC and Streetlinks National Appraisal Services LLC, where significant growth and successful exits were achieved. Lance also served as CEO of Corvisa LLC, a telecommunications firm, and was instrumental in founding and leading Novation Companies, Inc. and Saxon Mortgage. With a B.S. in Finance from Old Dominion University and a background in music from Berklee College of Music, Lance combines diverse interests with a strong business acumen.
