Daniel Merkel

Daniel Merkel is an experienced research scientist currently working at Thermalin Diabetes, LLC. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Senior Biologist at Eli Lilly and Company from June 2017 to the present. Daniel earned a Master’s Degree in Biochemistry from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, between 2009 and 2012, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Quincy University from 2005 to 2009.
