Adalberto Aviles

Adalberto Aviles is a Thermal-Mechanical Engineer currently working in R&D at ThermAvant® TECHNOLOGIES since January 2022, focusing on low Technology Readiness Level projects related to oscillating heat pipes. Aviles specializes as a Thermal Analyst, utilizing CAD, FEA, CFD, and programming software such as SolidWorks, ANSYS Mechanical, ANSYS Fluent, Julia, and MATLAB. Prior experience includes serving as an Area Manager at Amazon, where productivity requirements were assessed to meet business goals, and working as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Missouri-Columbia, with a thesis on hybrid fluid oscillatory motion and heat transfer in oscillating heat pipes. Earlier, Aviles was a Product Engineer at ThermAvant International, contributing to the integration of advanced heat transfer technologies into consumer products. Aviles holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and graduated from Lane Technical College Prep High School.
