Ailrick Holy

Ailrick Holy currently serves as a Principal Product Design Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific since December 2024. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Andrews Cooper from November 2021 to November 2024 and as a Product Design Engineer at Modo, Inc. from March 2016 to November 2021. Ailrick began the career with internships at BENCHMADE as a Manufacturing Engineer in early 2012 and Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as a Product Design Engineer intern in mid-2011. Ailrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portland and has earned certifications in Engineering Leadership and Project Management from Cornell University in 2021 and 2020, respectively.
