Alay Shah

Alay Shah, CSCP, LSSGB, currently serves as a Senior Supply Chain Systems Analyst at Thermo Fisher Scientific, a position held since January 2019, where responsibilities include collaborating with leadership and external consultants to enhance the North American supply chain strategy, improve customer experience, and increase operational productivity. Prior to this role, Alay worked as a Supply Chain Analyst, focusing on developing scalable tools and processes in SQL and Power BI to support data and reporting strategies. Alay's earlier experience includes a position as a Business Process Improvement Co-op at Rockwell Automation, where project portfolio management and generating KPIs were key responsibilities. Alay holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pandit Deendayal Energy University.
