Angelo Josue Lubag, Jr., PhD, serves as the VP-Senior Director and Senior Consultant at Lumer Bioscience LLC, leading R&D and manufacturing efforts focused on IVD reagents and lateral flow technologies since June 2019. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Oxford Global Resources with Zoetis Inc, an innovation consultant at Asian Hospital and Medical Center, and a Scientist Lead at Ayass Bioscience.
