Jay Rai

Jay Rai is an accomplished Field Application Scientist at Thermo Fisher Scientific since June 2022, bringing a rich background in research and academia. Prior to this role, Jay served as an Assistant in Research (Specialized Faculty) focused on Cryo-EM and as a Postdoctoral Associate at Florida State University from July 2016 to June 2022. Jay's academic journey includes a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Bio-Medicine from Aarhus University, where research was conducted from August 2011 to December 2015, along with a Master's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
