Jose Colon

Jose Colon is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in pharmaceutical manufacturing and management. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Thermo Fisher Scientific since September 2019, Colon previously held roles including Senior Operations Manager and Director of Operations Solid Dose at Pii from January to October 2019. Prior experience encompasses significant positions at Patheon as Senior Manufacturing Manager, overseeing a team dedicated to the oral solid dose production processes, as well as Manager roles at McNeil Consumer Healthcare and various positions at Johnson & Johnson. Colon's foundational experience includes a rotation in operations management at General Mills and an internship in Process Engineering at McNeil PPC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
