Ken Gray is a Senior Director at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Ken has over 15 years of experience in global talent management and development. Prior to joining Thermo Fisher Scientific, Ken was the Director of Global Talent Development at QVC. In this role, they were responsible for QVC's global talent development strategy and execution, supporting existing US, European, and Asian markets as well as all new market start-ups. Ken has also held positions as Vice President of Global Talent Management at Merrill Lynch and Vice President of Learning & Organizational Effectiveness at Fidelity Investments.

Ken Gray's educational career began with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Allegheny College. Ken then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Finally, they completed their education with a Doctoral Studies in Adult Learning and Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University.
